Before You Begin

This dashboard is a self-assessment tool. It helps you track and strengthen your own awareness of your nervous system — it does not diagnose, treat, or replace the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional.

The breath practices inside can move a lot through the body. If you're pregnant, living with a cardiovascular condition or epilepsy, managing a diagnosed mental health condition, or taking medication that affects your nervous system, speak with your doctor before you begin, and only practise with their guidance.

Go at your own pace. If a practice ever leaves you dizzy, distressed, or unwell, stop, and reach out to a qualified professional if that feeling doesn't pass. You know your own limits better than any dial on this screen.

Your check-in history stays on your own device — never linked to your name or shared with anyone. We do collect anonymous, aggregate practice data (which practices are used, and the shift they produce) to understand what's working and improve the program; nothing in that data can be traced back to you. By continuing, you're confirming you've read this, and that you'll use the dashboard for self-awareness and practice, at your own discretion.

Your Body Is the Instrument

Most nervous system tools ask you to wear something — a strap, a ring, a sensor doing the sensing for you. We've built this dashboard differently.

Every rating you give here trains the same skill breathwork has always trained: feeling your own state from the inside, without a machine standing between you and your body. Our own research kept telling us the same thing — a lot of people simply don't want another device transmitting from their skin.

If wearable integration is something you want, we're building that too. It will sit alongside this dashboard, not replace it.

Your breath-hold time is a quiet read on how settled your nervous system is right now, and it usually lengthens as you relax. Breathe in easily, then hold on the exhale and let go at the first honest urge to breathe. Keep it gentle and let your body choose the moment.
